About Helpry

Great support shouldn't be a luxury good

The brands with the best customer experience are usually the ones who could most afford to buy it. We started Helpry to close that gap for everyone else.

Helpry began the way most support problems do — with a founder awake at 2am, working through a backlog that had quietly grown to four days deep. The brand was growing beautifully. The inbox was the reason nobody could enjoy it.

We took that queue over. Then another, and another. Somewhere around the twentieth brand it became obvious that the actual product was never the agents — it was the operating system around them: the playbooks, the QA loop, the scheduling maths, the reporting that tells a founder which three product fixes would delete a third of their tickets.

Today that system runs support for 8 e-commerce brands across three regions and twelve languages. The promise has not changed since the first one: your customers should never be able to tell that support is outsourced — except that it got noticeably better.

2019

Two people, one queue

Helpry starts as a two-person team answering email for a single skincare brand drowning in launch-week tickets.

2021

Squads, not freelancers

The named-squad model replaces ad-hoc staffing. Client retention jumps from 71% to 94% in a single year.

2023

Follow-the-sun coverage

Regional hubs open across three time zones, making genuine 24/7 possible without night-shift burnout.

2026

The console ships

Clients get a live operations dashboard — the same one our own squad leads work from every day.

What we hold to

Four things we refuse to trade away

Outcomes over hours

We bill per hour because it is honest and predictable, but we are measured on response time, CSAT and the ticket volume we help you eliminate.

Agents are people, not seats

We pay above local market, promote from within and keep squads together. Low turnover on our side is why your customers get a consistent experience on yours.

Say the uncomfortable thing

If outsourcing is the wrong call for your stage, we tell you on the first call. A bad fit costs us more than a lost deal ever could.

Kill the ticket, not the metric

Anyone can close conversations faster. We hunt the product and logistics problems that stop customers needing to write in at all.

In their words

Clients, not case studies

“We went from a 3-day email backlog to a clean queue in under three weeks. The part nobody warns you about is how much calmer the whole company gets when support is actually handled.”

First response time

MO Maya Okonkwo COO, Lumen & Thread
“Black Friday used to be the week we all dreaded. Helpry surged our squad from six to nineteen agents and we never went above a 4-minute chat wait. Nothing broke.”

Peak surge capacity

DR Daniel Reyes Founder, Northbound
“The monthly voice-of-customer report changed our roadmap. They showed us two product fixes that removed a third of our ticket volume permanently.”

Ticket volume, 2 quarters

PN Priya Nair VP Customer Experience, Verdé
“I interviewed every agent before they touched our queue. Two years later it is the same four people. They know our customers better than some of our own team.”

0%

Squad turnover, 24 months

TB Tom Bergström CEO, Fjord Athletics
“Support went from a cost line to a revenue line. Pre-sales chat alone pays for the entire contract about four times over.”

4.1x

Return on support spend

AF Alicia Ferrer Head of Growth, Casa Mira
“Cheap outsourcing costs you customers. This is the first partner where the CSAT went up after we handed the queue over, not down.”
